A bit about QuikStrike ...
QuikStrike was written and is currently maintained by the staff
of Bantix Technologies, LLC. Bantix is a software development
company run by Nick Howard. Nick spent 7 years in the Eurodollar
options pit at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange (CME). Formally
trained at O'Connor and Associates and educated in Computer Science
at Northwestern University and Finance at the Universtiy of Chicago
Booth School of Business, Nick brings a detailed understanding of
the option markets and software architecture to the QuikStrike
development process.
In 2011, QuikStrike celebrated the start of its 7th year in
production. Rewritten from the ground up in late 2010 (v2.0 was
released 1st quarter of 2011), QuikStrike is poised for growth
outside of its flagship market of futures and options brokerage
houses. Once a modest, web-based option pricing and analysis tool,
QuikStrike is now a suite of products offering the original
application as well as a comprehensive set of custom reporting,
data retrieval, market collaboration, customer relationship
management and research publishing tools.
From its humble beginnings as a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet,
QuikStrike has grown organically to become one of the de facto
tools for many of the large interest rate brokerage desks.
For more information, please feel free to call or email Nick at
anytime. He's always glad to discuss anything related to
QuikStrike.
